Budget, Finance, and Risk Management 

- It shall be responsible for review and approval of the annual budget prepared by the Community Manager. The Community Manager will provide a draft budget accompanied by budget worksheets and notes no later than September 1st. The committee will be required to approve the budget for presentation to the Board no later than October 15th. The Board will be required to approve no later than November 10th so that the final budget can be prepared for the mailing to the ownership by Community Manager no later than December 1st. 
- The Committee shall compile and present insurance recommendations to the Board as needed. This will include an annual review in accordance with Section 6 of the Bylaws for Traditions of Braselton. 
- Supervise audits of the Association's books and financial statements. 
- Act in advisory capacity for the investments and overall fiscal health of the Association. 
- Reviews reserve study and evaluates recommended reserve expenditure. Provide recommendations for reserve expenditures for the following year. 
- Make recommendation for financing of Community Management. 
- Review monthly financial report provided by Community Management. 
- Reviews all records of the Association as the Committee deems necessary. 
- Monitor Committee email account.
