Pool Pavilion Rental Agreement Rules and Regs

Management leases to Resident and Resident rents from Management the Pool Pavilion of Traditions of Braselton Home Owners Association and the equipment found therein, under the following terms and conditions:
- SUMMER RESTRICTIONS: The Pool Pavilions MAY NOT be rented for private parties during a Holiday Weekend (May-September). The Pool Pavilions MAY NOT be rented for private parties during a Weekend (Friday-Sunday, May-September). Pool parties are NOT allowed in the Clubhouse at anytime. The Pavilion area is provided for pool parties. Additional lifeguards may be required.
- Resident and guests will abide by the Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Association. Resident understands that any violation by any guests may, at the discretion of Management; result in key cards turned off and fined. Resident understands that he/she must be present at all times during the planned function.
- Resident is required to leave the Pool Pavilion in a neat, clean and undamaged condition. An inspection of the Pool Pavilion and inventory will occur. Resident understands that key cards will be turned off and a fine will be issued.
