Clubhouse Reservations

• SUMMER CLUBHOUSE RESTRICTIONS:  The Clubhouse may not be rented for private parties during a Holiday Weekend (May-September).  The Clubhouse may be rented after 7:00 pm on regular weekends (May-September).  Pool parties are not allowed in the Clubhouse at anytime.  The Pavilion area is provided for pool parties.  Additional lifeguards may be required.

• Resident shall submit a deposit check made payable to Traditions of Braselton HOA in the amount of $250.00 (Two-hundred and Fifty Dollars and No Cents). The purpose of this check is to be a deposit, and will only be cashed in the event that the Clubhouse is not left in good order upon completion of the party.  This check must be received in order to hold a Clubhouse reservation.

• Resident will submit payment in the amount of $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents) made payable to Traditions of Braselton HOA for the purpose of the rental fee. This check must be received to confirm the reservation or, the reservation will be forfeited. 

• Resident agrees that function will not be attended by more than 100 (one hundred)

• Resident understands that continued use of the Clubhouse after the hours for which it has been reserved will constitute as illegal trespass. 

• Resident and guests will abide by the Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations of the Association. Resident understands that any violation by any guests may, at the discretion of Management; result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Resident understands that he/she must be present at all times during the planned function.

• Resident is required to leave the Clubhouse in a neat, clean and undamaged condition by 12:00 Noon on the day following the rental date. An inspection of the Clubhouse and inventory will occur. Resident understands that a minimum fee of $250.00 (Two-hundred and Fifty dollars and no cents) will be deducted from the deposit for cleaning if the Clubroom is not left in a like condition as prior to the rental.
