• Three to five members appointed by the Declarant
• Ensures that the ARB guidelines are being met. 
• Oversees the approval and submission process for new home construction. 
• Monitors and reports infractions on construction sites as needed. 
• Makes recommendations for improvements to process and guidelines
• Helps to develop preferred designer and builder programs 

Reports to Declarant and Board of Directors.
